Terms & Conditions

1. Registration charges will be borne by the Applicant.
2. The Site will be registered on payment of total cost. If the sites area exceeds from actual size, then extra cost for additional sft.Shall be paid by the Applicant.
3. In case of cheques or bank drafts, the same shall be payable in Favour of JAGUAR PROPERTIES at Bengaluru.
4. The company is not responsible in any manner for payments made without company's authorisation.
5. Cost of all corner sites 10% extra and all Main Road Facing Sites 5% Extra.
6. The company reserves the right to take a new member in place of defaulter. The Company also reserves the rights to increase the cost of any sites for new members.
7. Development cost is included insale consideration.
8. The Company will not be responsible for any delay or Inconvenience or loss caused due to act of Govt. Agencies or Nature of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Company.
9. All Legal transaction in respect of the agreement or any other transaction are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru City Only.
10. No person is authorised to make any promise or commitment other than those mentioned above terms and conditions.
